Islamic Republic of Pakistan as a Model
The International Islamic Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration (IICRA) and the MIA-AMCC Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation Centre (MIA-AMCC) have jointly organized a seminar on “Settling Financial Disputes through Institutional Reconciliation and Arbitration in accordance with Shari’ah Provisions, on Monday, dated March 13, 2023, AD.
At the very beginning of the seminar, IICRA General Secretary, Dr. Rami Sulaiman, and Chief Executive Officer of MIA-AMCC, Mr. Mohamed Ishaq Ali have welcomed the participants, and highlighted thereafter the most important points of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two Centres and its impact on creating an ideal arbitral environment supporting the Islamic economy, the main component of the economy in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
The importance of concerted efforts, and joint action to serve the Islamic economy and Islamic financial institutions operating in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan were emphasized in order to accordingly implement the areas of cooperation agreed upon in the signed (MoU) as soon as possible.
