The International Islamic Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration (IICRA) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AWJ Financial Services, Consulting and Arbitration Company. The signing took place today at IICRA Headquarters in Dubai, where H.E. Dr. Fadi Abu Diak, General Manager of AWJ, visited and met Dr. Rami Sulaiman Ibrahim, IICRA Secretary-General. The MoU establishes a strategic framework for collaboration in Shariah-compliant dispute resolution, legal advisory services, and professional development, strengthening the role of institutional Islamic arbitration across the region.

Under this agreement, both parties will cooperate in referral of disputes, exchange of legal and technical expertise, joint delivery of conferences and training programs, nomination of arbitrators and experts, and shared research initiatives. This partnership supports IICRA’s mission of promoting ethical, credible, and modern mechanisms for alternative dispute resolution, further expanding its international network and reinforcing its position as a global platform for Islamic-based reconciliation and arbitration.
