As a part of Dubai Arbitration Week (DAW) 2021, International Islamic Centre for Reconciliation and Arbitration (IICRA) was delighted to host a Seminar titled Arbitrators’ Expertise in Dispute Resolution Under IICRA Rules yesterday, 14th of November 2021. The event was quite Productive and was graced by legal luminaries and who’s who of the Arbitration & Reconciliation fraternity.

We are truly grateful to our panel of distinguished speakers at the event, Dr. (MUNIR) A F M MANIRUZZAMAN - Chair in International and Business Law, University of Portsmouth, UK, Dr. Hashem Jaber - International Arbitrator, Adv. Ali Ismael Al Zarooni - Managing Partner, Horizons & Co, and Dr. Ahmed Ghali - Arbitrator & Engineering Expert, Dr. Suzanne Mounir Abdallah, PHD - Founder & Co Managing Partner & Senior Counsel at OGH Legal, and Dr. Karim Nassif (Principal at Nassif Arbitration) as well as Mr. Abdulrahim Adi - Manager & President – Shari’ah Development (EIB) for sparing precious time from their busy schedule in order to share their unique Arbitration experiences under IICRA Rules and to shed light on the facts that guarantee the issuance of binding & Shari’ah compliant Awards under IICRA.
